What catching growth early
looks like.

A new plant. A new office. A new leader. Each one means new hiring, new suppliers and new contracts.

We catch the moment. We tell your team why it matters and who to approach.

1 · We catch the move

Early, quiet steps: land, approvals, a new office, a new leader.

2 · We say why now

What it means, where the opening is, and the window.

3 · Your team calls first

Before the news is everywhere, and before a vendor is picked.

Starting with staffing and recruitment firms

Six moments worth a call

Each one is a moment when a company starts to need people. Each has a real example and the date we caught it. All six examples were caught in October 2026.

1

A new plant is coming

For general staffing and apprentices

A plant needs contract staff and trainees in its first months. The vendor list is set early.

Example

PG Electroplast is building a compressor plant at Supa, in Maharashtra's Ahilyanagar district. Trial production is reported to start in November.

Caught 29 Oct 2026 · Moneycontrol, reported

This week: reach the plant's HR head before the first vendor is picked.

2

A new global centre opens

For permanent hiring, RPO and IT staffing

A GCC (a team a foreign company sets up in India) hires hundreds of people, fast. It picks its hiring partners early.

Example

SonicWall, a US cybersecurity company, opened a new office in Pune. It plans to add 400 engineering roles. No time frame was given.

Caught 22 Oct 2026 · Punekar News, reported

This week: offer to run its first hiring waves, before it picks a partner.

3

Your client grows somewhere new

Grow an account you already have

A company you already serve opens a site in another city. The first vendor to offer the new site often keeps it.

Example

Ather Energy makes electric scooters at Hosur, Tamil Nadu. It is building a new factory at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. Its board approved more capacity at both.

Caught 26 Oct 2026 · the company's own filing

This week: if you serve the old site, offer the new one before anyone else does.

4

Your client has a new HR head, or slows down

Protect an account you already have

A new HR head often reviews vendors in the first months. A cutback or a closure puts the contract at risk.

Example

Jubilant Ingrevia, a chemicals maker, said its head of HR has resigned.

Caught 28 Oct 2026 · the company's own filing

This week: call before the review, not after it.

5

A retail chain speeds up store openings

For store staff and retail staffing

New stores open in many towns at once. But retail chains usually pick their staffing vendor at head office, not store by store.

Example

Trent, which runs Westside and Zudio, expects its store openings to pick up between October and March.

Caught 30 Oct 2026 · Moneycontrol, reported

This week: go to head office HR or procurement, not to the stores.

6

A company raises money for a plant

Watch the promise, then call

A company that sells shares to the public must say where the money goes. When the money is for a plant, you can follow it until it hires.

Example

Fujiyama Power raised money from the public in November 2025. It set aside Rs 180 crore for a plant at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Machines for its solar cell line have now arrived there.

Caught 22 Oct 2026 · the company's own filings; Saur Energy, reported

This week: put the plant on your watch list. Call when the line is close to starting.

These examples stay as they were caught. Members see new moves every day, each with its date and source. "Reported" means a news report, not the company's own word.

Other teams use the same moves

The moment a company starts to hire is useful to more than staffing firms.

Background verification firms

A new global centre hires fast. Every new hire needs a background check, and the vendor is chosen during set-up.

Training institutes

A plant that opens next year needs trained people. Now is the time to train them.
